Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nomad Thrills website and your booking of any trek or experience offered by us. By booking a trek with Nomad Thrills, you agree to the terms set out below.
Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. The balance amount must be paid before the trek start date as communicated by our team. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods shared at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made well in advance of the trek date are eligible for a partial refund, subject to deductions for transport, permits, and accommodation costs already committed on your behalf. Cancellations made close to the trek date, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. In case Nomad Thrills cancels a trek due to insufficient participants, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose a full refund or a reschedule to another available date.
Health & Fitness
Treks involve physical exertion at varying altitudes and terrains. Participants are expected to be in reasonable health and fitness for the difficulty level of the chosen trek, and to disclose any medical conditions to our team before the trek. Nomad Thrills reserves the right to deny participation if a participant appears unfit to continue safely.
Safety & Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure participant safety, trekking involves inherent risks. Participants take part at their own risk and are expected to follow the instructions of trek leaders at all times. Nomad Thrills is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, or third-party services such as transport providers.
Itinerary Changes
Itineraries, pickup points, and timings shared on this website are indicative. Routes, schedules, or accommodations may be modified by the trek leader on the ground due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons, with participant safety as the priority.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the trek. Nomad Thrills is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
