Kaas Plateau, widely known as the “Valley of Flowers of Maharashtra,” is a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its vibrant post-monsoon wildflowers. The plateau is home to approximately 175 species of flowering plants, along with numerous butterflies, birds, and other wildlife, offering visitors an exceptional natural experience. Best Time to Visit: September and October Sajjangad Fort, formerly known as Parali Fort, is a historic site associated with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Sant Ramdas Swami. The fort offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and provides valuable insight into Maharashtra’s rich cultural and historical heritage.
