About Friendship Peak Trek Friendship Peak, standing at an impressive 5,289 metres in the Pir Panjal Range of Himachal Pradesh, is one of the region’s most sought-after trekking and climbing peaks. Located in the Kullu district, the summit offers spectacular panoramic views of Hanuman Tibba, Sheti Dhar, Ladakhi Peak, Manali Peak, Makar Beh, and Shikar Beh. The trek takes you through lush alpine meadows, dense forests, moraines, glaciers, ice patches, and challenging high-altitude terrain, with conditions varying by season. Recognized by the Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) as a suitable trekking peak, Friendship Peak is ideal for experienced trekkers looking to step into mountaineering. With its breathtaking Himalayan scenery and rewarding summit experience, Friendship Peak offers the perfect blend of adventure, endurance, and mountain exploration. The ideal climbing season is generally May to October, subject to weather and route conditions.
